1. About us
These terms apply when you browse this website or buy from Prestige Home Solutions ("we", "us"), [REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME AND REGISTRATION NUMBER], [BUSINESS ADDRESS], Trinidad and Tobago. Contact us on WhatsApp at 1-868-334-5050 or by email at info@phstt.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Sizes and weight limits are approximate, and colours may look slightly different on your screen. Magnetic products need a flat metal surface; if you are unsure whether a product will fit your fridge, stove or wall, send us a photo before you order and we will advise you.
3. Prices
All prices are in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TT$). Prices can change without notice, but the price we confirm on WhatsApp is the price you pay. If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will tell you before delivery and you may cancel at no cost.
4. Ordering
You order by sending us a WhatsApp message. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing on WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, an address cannot be reached, or we suspect a fraudulent order. If we cancel, you owe us nothing.
5. Delivery
Delivery is free anywhere in Trinidad [and Tobago: confirm]. We aim to deliver within 2–3 business days of confirming your order; this is an estimate, not a guarantee, and delays caused by weather, traffic, public holidays or events outside our control may happen. Someone must be available to receive and pay for the order. If a delivery fails because no one is available or the address is wrong, we will arrange one more attempt, and we may cancel the order after that.
6. Payment
You pay when your order arrives, by cash or debit/credit card. The goods remain our property until they are paid for in full. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they are delivered.
7. Checking your order, returns and refunds
- Please check your items when they arrive. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, tell us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.
- For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, we will replace the item or refund what you paid for it.
- For items you simply no longer want: [RETURNS POLICY, e.g. unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the item price].
- Items that have been installed, screwed into a surface, used or damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- Refunds are made by [REFUND METHOD, e.g. cash or bank transfer] within [NUMBER] business days of receiving the returned item.
Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
8. Safe use of products
- Follow the installation instructions and stay within the stated weight limits.
- Screw-mounted products such as the mop holder must be fixed to a wall that can support them. You are responsible for checking the wall and for the installation, or for using a qualified person.
- Do not place items that are not heat-resistant on or near hot burners. Keep magnets and small parts away from young children, and keep magnets away from medical devices such as pacemakers.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim connected with an order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for damage caused by misuse, overloading, incorrect installation or ordinary wear and tear. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Website use
The content of this website, including our name, logo, text and photos, belongs to Prestige Home Solutions or is used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent. We try to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted. Links to WhatsApp and other services take you to sites we do not control.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this website when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, and the courts of Trinidad and Tobago will deal with any dispute. We will always try to resolve a problem with you directly first.
